We hope you love it, but you have 30 days* to return an item for a refund if it's not suitable. **

Please note:

*Days are counted from the day you receive the item until the day we receive the item back. For Refunds, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the item, and 16 days from then on to get it back to us. These are calendar days.

**Product must not have been worn or damaged, and all tags & packaging must not have been removed. 

**Personalised items or made to order are non-refundable unless faulty.

**The refund will not include the delivery fee. Goods are returned at your own cost.

Over a year ago, we welcomed Neo, a charming whippet puppy, into our home during the festive season. As is typical with most puppies, we had to wait until Neo received his vaccinations before taking him on walks. However, since we intended to take Neo on daily excursions, including a holiday to the stunning yet chilly Cornwall coast, I wanted a carrier that would provide the feeling of being cuddled by a loving furry bear. I also needed it to be comfortable enough on our shoulders to carry Neo for full-day trips, and secure enough to be hands-free. Additionally, it had to be machine washable to fit our busy lifestyle. Finally, timeless and minimal design so I could use it as a handbag once Neo outgrew it.

Neo and we really enjoyed the carrier. He still loves trying to climb inside it, and I love using as a handbag in the winter. It's was such an essential part of our lives that we decided to add it to our collection of Dogsnug products.
